JetBlue changes Condor award booking costs

Estimated reading time: 4 minutes

I briefly mentioned it in my weekly recap newsletter ending 6/7/26 (you should subscribe by the way, it’s free!) but it looks like JetBlue slightly raised the prices for booking some Condor awards through their program.

However, when digging deeper, it looks like many routes have seen reduced pricing! This happened around May 28, 2026 when I look at the seats.aero pricing history. I am not sure if this is a permanent thing or a dynamic pricing thing as I couldn’t find an award chart for booking Condor awards through JetBlue. Anyways, I will take the mostly good news!

Here is the summary of price changes

  • East Coast flights to and from Frankfurt are now priced slightly higher, although a business class ticket is still just under 60k points each way which is a good deal.
  • Flights between Frankfurt and the Caribbean and Mexico are actually down substantially (25-38% reduction!) as the prices used to be pretty high. A business class ticket from Cancun, Mexico; Montego Bay, Jamaica; or Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic are now priced at ~62k points each way.
  • West Coast flights + Anchorage + Calgary flights also are down significantly vs. before in the low-to-mid-20s % reduction. West Coast to Frankfurt is now ~76k points each way which is not bad! Economy for 29k each way is also a really good deal as well!

How to book Condor award flights through JetBlue?

Because Condor is not in any airline alliance, they have partnered with various airlines to allow codeshares and some partnerships when it comes to earning or redeeming points with various partners. JetBlue is a notable one (they’re also not in an alliance) where you can use JetBlue TrueBlue points to book Condor award flights.

A few credit card programs transfer to JetBlue, so you can use credit card points to book these Condor award flights. Notably, not all credit cards that do transfer to JetBlue do so at a 1:1 rate. See details on transfer partners in below chart. Only Chase and Citi (specifically Stra Elite/Premier/Prestige and AT&T Access More) have 1:1 transfer rates to JetBlue. Amex and Capital One have worse transfer rates.

How to search for award flights on JetBlue?

You can search for award flights directly on JetBlue’s website. On the homepage, input desired dates and destinations and choose the “Use TrueBlue points” option to search for award flights. Searching for dates with business class availability can be a bit of a manual process. You can use a search tool like seats.aero (affiliate link) to more quickly find dates.

After searching and confirming there is availability on the dates you want to book, you can transfer points from your preferred credit card program to JetBlue.

Tip: Partner awards are free to cancel, but your tax/fees paid will be refunded as JetBlue travel credit instead of to your form of payment
