Overview
This Affiliate Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Find Flights for Me affiliate program (“Program”) offered by Find Flights for Me LLC (“Find Flights for Me,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). The individual or entity participating in the Program is referred to as the “Affiliate.”
By enrolling in the Program, and/or using an Affiliate Link after acceptance, Affiliate agrees to these terms. Affiliate is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Find Flights for Me.
Affiliate Program and Commissions
Affiliate may promote paid subscriptions to the Find Flights for Me newsletter located at findflightsfor.me and newsletter.findflightsfor.me using the unique links, codes, or other tracking methods assigned through the Program.
Affiliate will earn a commission equal to 25% of eligible paid subscription revenue actually received by Find Flights for Me during a referred subscriber’s first twelve (12) months of paid membership.
For clarity:
- For a monthly subscription, Affiliate may earn 25% of each of the subscriber’s first twelve (12) successfully collected monthly payments.
- For an annual subscription, Affiliate may earn 25% of the subscriber’s initial annual subscription payment. No commission is earned on a renewal occurring after the subscriber’s first twelve months.
- No commission is earned for subscription payments occurring after the referred subscriber’s first twelve months of paid membership.
Commissions are calculated only on amounts actually collected and retained by Find Flights for Me and exclude refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid transactions.
Tracking, Attribution, and Payment
The Program currently uses Rekomi to track referrals and commissions. Rekomi’s tracking and attribution records will be the controlling record for determining referral attribution and commissions earned, subject to Find Flights for Me’s right to correct obvious errors, fraud, or tracking manipulation.
Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period before becoming eligible for payment.
Eligible payouts will occur monthly on the 15th, covering all eligible commissions that became payable during the prior 30 days. If the 15th falls on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, payment is made on the preceding business day.
Affiliate must have at least $25 in eligible commissions before a payout will be issued. Amounts below $25 will roll forward until the minimum payout threshold is reached.
Find Flights for Me may reverse, withhold, or deduct commissions associated with refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraudulent transactions, duplicate transactions, self-referrals, tracking manipulation, or other transactions that violate this Agreement.
Permitted Promotion
Affiliate may create their own written, video, social media, email, website, or other promotional content concerning Find Flights for Me, provided that the content:
- Is truthful and not false, malicious, deceptive, or misleading;
- Accurately represents Find Flights for Me and its products or services;
- Does not make guarantees regarding award availability, travel savings, financial outcomes, or other results;
- Does not imply that Affiliate is an employee, agent, or official representative of Find Flights for Me; and
- Complies with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and advertising requirements.
Affiliate may use Company’s name and logo only to promote subscriptions under this Agreement, and must not imply Partner speaks for Company.
Find Flights for Me may request correction or removal of content that violates these requirements, and Affiliate agrees to promptly comply with any reasonable such request.
Affiliate Disclosures
Affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose the financial relationship with Find Flights for Me wherever required by applicable advertising or endorsement laws, including Federal Trade Commission requirements.
The disclosure must make clear that Affiliate may receive a commission if someone subscribes through the Affiliate’s link.
Acceptable wording may include:
“I may earn a commission if you subscribe to Find Flights for Me through my link.”
Affiliate is responsible for ensuring disclosures are appropriately placed and visible in the applicable content or platform.
Prohibited Conduct
Affiliate may not:
- Refer themselves or create accounts for the purpose of generating commissions;
- Create fake, fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading subscriptions or accounts;
- Use bots, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, tracking manipulation, or other methods intended to improperly obtain attribution or commissions;
- Bid on paid-search keywords containing “Find Flights for Me,” “FindFlightsForMe,” or confusingly similar branded terms without prior written permission;
- Send unlawful spam or unsolicited commercial communications;
- Make false, exaggerated, malicious, or misleading claims regarding Find Flights for Me;
- Offer unauthorized rebates, cashback, coupons, incentives, or other compensation in exchange for using an Affiliate Link;
- Impersonate Find Flights for Me or represent that Affiliate is employed by, authorized to speak for, or otherwise part of Find Flights for Me;
- Register domains, social media accounts, advertising accounts, or other properties designed to impersonate or create confusion with Find Flights for Me; or
- Engage in fraud or any activity designed to manipulate Rekomi, beehiiv, payment processors, Find Flights for Me systems, or the Program.
Find Flights for Me reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably and in good faith, whether conduct violates this Agreement.
Brand and Intellectual Property
Find Flights for Me grants Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use approved Find Flights for Me names, logos, links, and promotional materials solely for participation in the Program.
Affiliate obtains no ownership interest in any Find Flights for Me trademarks, copyrights, content, branding, or other intellectual property.
Affiliate may create original promotional content as permitted under Section 3 but may not materially alter Company trademarks or branding in a manner that is misleading or damaging to the brand.
Termination
Find Flights for Me may suspend or terminate Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.
Affiliate may terminate participation at any time by notifying Find Flights for Me or ceasing participation in the Program.
Following termination, Affiliate must discontinue use of Affiliate Links and Company intellectual property upon request.
Valid commissions earned from qualifying transactions occurring before termination will remain payable under the normal payment terms. However, Find Flights for Me may withhold or forfeit commissions associated with fraud, prohibited conduct, violation of this Agreement, refunds, disputes, or other invalid transactions.
Program Changes
Find Flights for Me may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or this Agreement from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively after notice is provided to Affiliate. Find Flights for Me may require renewed acceptance of material changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Find Flights for Me will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from or relating to the Program or this Agreement.
Find Flights for Me’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program will not exceed the total commissions actually paid to Affiliate during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Find Flights for Me does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of Rekomi, beehiiv, payment processors, Affiliate Links, tracking systems, or other third-party services.
Indemnification
Affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Find Flights for Me LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:
- Affiliate’s breach of this Agreement;
- Affiliate’s promotional content or representations;
- Affiliate’s violation of applicable law or third-party rights; or
- Affiliate’s fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited conduct.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning Affiliate’s participation in the Program and supersedes prior discussions or understandings concerning the Program.
